Refunds
We sell three kinds of things in three places, and each place handles its own refunds. This page tells you which route to take, and what we do ourselves when something is genuinely wrong. In every case, a person at it@djeango.com will help you find the right door.
Apps (Google Play)
Sightline is a one-time purchase on Google Play; LaunchPad is free. Google processes app payments and app refunds under Google Play's refund policy, which includes a short window after purchase for a refund from the Play Store itself. We do not see your payment details and cannot refund a Play purchase directly. If Google declines and the app does not work as described on the listing, email us with your Play order number and we will make it right.
Guides (Gumroad)
Guides are sold and delivered by Gumroad. Each listing states its refund terms, and Gumroad processes the refund to your original payment method. If a guide is not what its listing describes, or a file is missing or broken, email us with your Gumroad receipt and we will fix the file or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Marketing services
Services are scoped by written proposal and invoiced directly. The principle is simple: every service has a moment where the work starts, and you can cancel for a full refund before that moment but not after.
- AI visibility audit: fully refundable until you approve the query set. Approval starts the run.
- AI search visibility program: the start fee is refundable until the onboarding kickoff call. Monthly fees are invoiced after each month's work is delivered and reported, and are not refundable. Month to month after the initial term, with 30 days written notice.
- Funnel and CRM build: refundable until the scope call on day 0. Once the scope is signed and the build begins, the fee is not refundable.
Service refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Something else wrong?
If a purchase is not what it said it was, tell us. Include the order or receipt number and what you expected. We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday, US Eastern, and we would rather fix the thing than argue about it.
