These terms cover our website (djeango.com), our digital guides, and our mobile apps, including LaunchPad and Sightline. By using them, you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Our marketing services are scoped by written proposal. The proposal you accept, and the terms attached to it, govern that engagement instead of this page.
What we provide
Djeango Tech makes study guides, checklists, tools, and mobile apps for people preparing for certifications, military enlistment, technical careers, and time at the range. Everything we publish is educational material. We work hard to keep it accurate and current, but exams, policies, and standards change, and the official source always wins. Verify requirements with the certifying body, recruiter, or agency that owns them.
No guaranteed outcomes
Our guides and apps help you prepare. They do not guarantee a passing score, an enlistment contract, a job, a particular result at the range, or any other outcome. Your results depend on your effort and your circumstances.
Your license to the guides
When you buy one of our guides, you get a personal license: use it yourself, on your own devices, for as long as you like, including any updates we publish to that guide. You may not resell it, redistribute it, share it publicly, post it to file-sharing sites, or use it to build a competing product. Each guide includes its own license file with the same terms.
Apps
Our apps are provided as-is for personal use under the license granted through Google Play. Fitness features in LaunchPad are general information, not medical advice; check with a medical professional before starting a new fitness program, and follow your recruiter's or unit's official standards where they apply. Sightline's ballistic, group, and scope-adjustment calculations are aids, not a substitute for your own verification on the range; you are responsible for safe handling and for confirming every adjustment before you rely on it.
Refunds
Where you bought something decides who refunds it. App purchases follow Google Play's refund policy. Guide purchases follow the policy stated on each Gumroad listing. Services follow the refund terms on our refunds page. All three routes, and what to do if something is genuinely wrong with a purchase, are on our refunds page.
Our content and marks
The text, design, code, artwork, and product names on this site and in our apps and guides belong to Djeango Tech unless stated otherwise. You may link to any page. You may not copy our guides, scrape the site, or use our names and marks in a way that suggests we endorse you. Certification names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Third-party links
We link to Google Play, Gumroad, and occasionally other sites. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Djeango Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our site, guides, or apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product involved. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us first, it will be heard in the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
